While making a donation online is the quickest way for donations to be credited towards your fundraising goal we realize that not all of your donors will want to make an online donation. If you receive cash or check donations we can credit those to your fundraising goal as well.
Check donations can be made out to the “Empire State Ride” and please make sure that your donor includes your name in the memo line so we know to credit your fundraising efforts. Checks can be mailed to:

Please do not send cash in the mail. If you live in the Buffalo, NY area you can turn in cash or check donations at the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation main office located at 901 Washington Street (on the corner of Washington and Carlton Streets) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you are out of town or can’t stop by our offices, please deposit the cash and send in a check or money order. Just make sure you include your donor’s name and contact information if they would like credit for their donation. You can use this pledge sheet to collect the information we would need to send a donation acknowledgement letter.
Please allow 10 business days after receipt for mailed donations to be processed and posted to your fundraising page. Donations made online will be processed and posted immediately. Please note: mailed donations must be received by the Empire State Ride office at least 10 days prior to your ride to be included with your ride day total. After that, it’s best to hang on to them and turn them in at ride check-in.
