covid-19 policy update
Wagner College is now requiring all Empire State Ride participants to upload their vaccination status or negative COVID-19 PCR test result documentation by Saturday July, 23.

This event brings together riders from across the country. To keep each other safe, we ask that you please be cautious in the days leading up to the event and monitor yourself for signs of COVID-19. Test if you have symptoms, and contact us if you test positive so we can work with you on next steps.
As a reminder, proof of vaccination or COVID-19 status is required for all riders.
Please remember to bring a copy of your vaccination card or a negative PCR test from within 72 hours to Wagner College.

Before you leave for Saturday’s orientation at Wagner College, make sure you have the following:
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (2 shots of Pfizer, Moderna or one Johnson & Johnson shot qualify as proof) OR proof of negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of arrival. These need to be upload here BEFORE Saturday. Be sure to also bring this with you to check-in.
Bike supplies such as a patch kit, tire levers, tools and spare tubes.
Your favorite snacks and hydration.
Kits and clothing to avoid doing laundry for the week.
Sleeping bag and pillow.
Your wallet with your ID and any extra spending cash you might want.
Don’t forget to check your Travel Planner for a full packing list and other details.
