Two-day ride

Just two days

Weedsport to Niagara Falls

Empire State Ride is a bucket list ride, but cycling for seven days across one state while fundraising $3,500 is a big commitment. Our two-day ride is perfect for those looking to get a taste of the #ESR26 experience.

The two-day challenge for 2026 is officially full. Join the Priority Registration List for 2027 to be the first to get in the door!

A group of cyclists wearing matching blue jerseys pose with their bikes in front of Pittsford Farms Dairy, a red barn-like building decorated with flags and bunting.
Two cyclists in matching jerseys hold their bicycles above their heads in celebration, standing on a paved area by a railing with a waterfall and greenery in the background. Both are smiling and wearing medals.
A cyclist wearing a white helmet, red head covering, and rain gear rides a white bicycle on a wet road in the rain, with blurred houses and grass in the background.
Cyclists wearing matching jerseys celebrate as they cross the finish line, raising their arms in victory, while a cheering crowd watches behind barricades on a tree-lined street.

Five cyclists wearing medals and matching jerseys pose and smile by a riverside railing with a city skyline and mist in the background. One person holds a phone, and all appear happy after a cycling event.
A group of people sit and talk in camping chairs near a row of tents outdoors. Some wear hats and casual clothes, creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere at a campsite.
A group of six smiling people, including two children, pose outdoors holding posters that say “END CANCER” and show a cyclist. The group stands in front of a red building on a sunny day.
A cyclist wearing a jersey with a printed list of names taped to their back; the list is titled "Aurora Crevani" and includes several dozen names in two columns. The jersey displays event and sponsor logos.

All about fundraising

As a two-day rider, you’re still making an impact in the mission to end cancer, but the fundraising commitment is lower than the weeklong. Two-day cyclists must raise $1,000 by July 30 in order to participate. Our tools and team are here to help you reach – and exceed – your goal.

Shorter adventure,
same mission

While the miles may be shorter, two-day riders are still a part of our mission to end cancer. The funds you raise support cutting-edge cancer research at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and help bring innovative research and cutting-edge clinical trials to life.

I hope that we can use these funds in a way that gets new diagnostic tools approved, that gets trials going that bring us closer to curing one form of cancer or another, so that my children or my grandchildren will have hope.
